To watch DVD movie is extremely simple. In most situations, only need to insert the compact disc. Cool DVD Player automatically launches and determines disk type. However, you sometimes may want to watch certain DVD Subject, but not from head of DVD movie. Cool DVD Player may control DVD watching.Just take some minutes to become familiar with Cool DVD Player's main control panel. This panel includes all general control functions.To adjust player control let you operate advanced settings and DVD options at ease.Now are you eager to watch the movie? Start to play DVD
If you want to watch DVD movie, insert DVD into DVD CDROM. Cool DVD Player will autoplay DVD. If you want to start playing movie by hand, click [Play] button or [Play Disk] button in main control panel,Or press [Enter] key on keyboard by hand
Attention: Generally DVD cannot directly play the content, you need the DVD navigation to enter the content. Cool DVD Player's [directly playing] function can help skip the navigation to play content directly.
Pause DVD
In main control panel, click pause, or white space key on keyboard, or using playing window menu -Pause menu item. To continue playing, click play or white space key again.
mage display width-height scale adjustment
Generally Cool DVD Player would do the selection automatically for you. But sometimes the scale provided by movie may not be proper, or you want to use other scale to watch movie,now you can use this item. Cool DVD Player supplies 4:3, 15:9, 16:9 three items as candidates, or through User defined item to set the scale.
Full screen theater
Click "Full screen" icon, or hotkey ctrl+enter. If full screen already, restore to original size.
- To turn volumn up, adjust volumn slider upward or downward, or hotkey Up Arrow | Mouse Roll Up
- To turn volumn down, adjust volumn slider of hotkey Down Arrow or Mouse Roll Down
- To mute the volumn, click "Mute" button , or hotkey M.
Stereo sound boxes settings
Cool DVD Player support including 5.1, 6.1, 7.1 multiple stereo sound effect. Use Audio page in player control dialog box to do the settings.
Color adjustment
Use Player controldialog box video page color control to adjust them. They are familiar to standard control buttons in TV. Use slider to adjust luma, contrast, saturation, UV chroma and so on.
Chapter selection
To jump to specified chapter, click "next chapter" or "previous chapter" button ,or through menu in playing window.
Language selection
DVD audio support multiple languages. Playing window menu during playback-"language selection" items list all the languages options provided by DVD.
Subtitle adjustment
DVD support up to 32 roads subtitles. Playing window menu during playback-"subtitle selection" items list all the subtitles options provided by DVD. Attention: Many media players could only display one road subtitle file, but Cool DVD Player could display 32 roads subtitles in total. Through "Subtitle selection" item to open other subtitles,current subtitle would not close. Close a subtitle by selecting corresponding item in qucik menu poped up. Different subtitles may overlap, but only one is demonstrated in the same position. When mouse pointing to the position of subtitle, Cool DVD Player would demonstrate a translucent green square surrounding the subtitle, at the same time the cursor changed to a movable sign. At this time hold down the mouse in left key, may change the subtitle's original position, by up and down.When the green square appear, right-click the mouse then subtitle editor quick menushould pop up.
Problems that reading disk may encounter
Sometimes can not find the disk. Two cases in common:
1.Some disk's file system cannot be recognized in directly reading mode
2.External USB Driver CDROM. The solution is to uncheck 'activate CDROM deadly reading prevention tech' in General Pageof player controlSome disk may be dirty, Cool DVD Player would remind that could not read data, whether to change to Playlist mode to play. You can "Retry" again, if failed again and then change to playlist mode. "Ok" to playlist,"Cancel" to stop playing. If encounter dirty disk during playback, generally Cool DVD Player would remind of trying skip bad data, and continue playing in several seconds, before this there may be some mosaic.

Stop playing
To stop playing, click"stop"button. .
Eject disk
To eject disk,click "eject disk"buttonor "Alt+E" hotkey through keyboard.
